Aluminium Non-Stick Double-Sided Coarse Rib Baking Tray (1/1)

Features

The Aluminium non-stick double-sided coarse rib baking tray is designed for use in combi ovens and is safe for heating at temperatures up to 230°C. Its double-sided design offers greater versatility, with one side featuring coarse rib for grilling and the other side providing a smooth, flat surface for baking. The coarse rib side provides a strong grilling effect while allowing excess fat and juices to drain away from the food once a sufficient amount has accumulated. Its wide, raised ribs create distinctive grill marks and help reproduce the appearance and texture of traditional grilled foods such as steak, chicken, bacon, and more, while the flat side provides an even cooking surface suitable for baking.
